Bob (34) and his wife Eleah (33) opened Bob Boyd Photography in 1995, than
moving to their current studio location in Orem January of 1997. They
currently have 4 children - Madison (8), Jackson (6), Harrison (2), and
McKinley(1). Bob wants to be at the top of his field and
travels a few times a year around the country to learn what new trends are
developing in the field.
Bob Boyd Photography was one of the first studios in Utah to convert totally
to digital. Digital, when done correctly, surpasses the quality of film,
and our long experience with digital has allowed our studio to be at the top of
the digital revolution. Magazine style wedding albums are the latest trend
in digital, and our studio has been at the top since their introduction having
numerous 1st place awards, Fuji Masterpiece awards, and two Loan Collection
albums (there were only 15 in the country that made it to the 2004 Loan
Collection), plus the Best of State award in 2005 (more awards on another
page). Bob joined a panel of 8 other photographers at PPA's national
convention in Las Vegas in 2004 to answer other photographer's questions about wedding
photography and album design. Bob also teaches digital technique courses regularly.
Most people who know Bob would describe him as good natured, fun, and a
positive personality. Having photographed over a thousand weddings Bob is
always calm and relaxed. This is revealed in his photographic style where
you can see his subjects are comfortable and having fun. Come in for a
consultation to meet Bob. You will feel relieved knowing your photography
is in experienced hands. |
